Lokanda Cookie Policy

Effective from: 6 November 2026

1. What this policy covers

1.1.

This policy lists everything the website lokanda.pl, the Panel https://app.lokanda.pl and the Guest pages store in your browser.

1.2.

It complements the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is processed.

1.3.

We use no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or social media plugins. The Website, the Panel and the Guest pages load no files from other domains.

2. What these technologies are

2.1.

A cookie is a short piece of text a website stores in your browser and sends back to the server on later visits.

2.2.

Local storage (localStorage) keeps data in the browser for a single domain. The data is not sent to the server and stays until you delete it.

3. What we store

3.1.

The website lokanda.pl stores nothing in your browser. The language version comes from the page address.

3.2.

The Panel and the Guest pages store:

NameTypeWhereWhen and whyHow long
lokandaSessioncookie, not readable by page scriptsPanelafter you sign in; a random session identifier without which sign-in does not work30 days or until you sign out
lokandaVenuelocal storagePanelafter you pick a venue; remembers which venue to openuntil you clear it in the browser
lokandaLanguagelocal storagePanel and Guest pagesafter you change the language with the switcher; remembers your choiceuntil you clear it in the browser
i18n_pl_v1, i18n_en_v1local storagePanel and Guest pageswhen a page opens; a cache of interface translations, with no personal datauntil you clear it in the browser
3.3.

If a venue has embedded the reservation form on its own website, the entries above apply only to the form. The venue is responsible for the cookies of its own website.

4. Legal basis and consent

4.1.

The entries in the table serve only the working of the service you are using: signing in, picking a venue, language and interface translations. For that reason we show no consent banner (Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law, Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC).

4.2.

If we ever add a tool that needs consent, we will ask for it first and update this policy.

5. How to delete or block

5.1.

You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, in the site data section.

5.2.

You can block cookies in your browser. The Website and the Guest pages will keep working, but signing in to the Panel is not possible without the lokandaSession cookie.

6. Changes to this policy

6.1.

This policy is effective from 6 November 2026. We change it whenever what we store in the browser changes.
