Questions about money
- Do I need a payment card for the trial?
- No. The trial lasts 30 days, covers the full scope and costs nothing.
- What happens after the trial?
- We charge nothing automatically. If you do not choose a plan, the panel becomes read-only and the data stays. More: Terms of Service
- Can I change the plan?
- Yes. You order the change in the panel and the new plan applies from the next billing period.
- Do I get money back for a year if I leave early?
- We do not refund a started period, also on a yearly subscription, unless the contract ends through our fault or by our termination. The venue works until the end of the paid period. More: Terms of Service
- Does each venue pay separately?
- Yes. A subscription covers one venue, so each has its own plan. One account can access many venues.
- Do prices include VAT?
- No. Prices are net and we add VAT where applicable.
